Delivery and Shipping

Sall + Co have a flat rate of $6.00 delivery fee anywhere in New Zealand. (Free over $200.00)

(Sorry, but we can’t deliver to PO Boxes.)

Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email of your purchase along with an estimated delivery of your parcel. Our orders will take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive at your doorstep. Please note that rural delivery may be delayed and current Covid - 19 postal delays.

These dates are a guideline only and we aim to deliver close to the estimated delivery as possible. Sall + Co is a local small business therefore we will make mistakes. Bear with us and we will notify you as soon as possible if there is to be a further delay with your purchase. 

Australia - A delivery fee of $25.00 anywhere in Australia via courier. Please allow an additional few days to receive your parcel. Once your order is dispatched after being made a tracking email will be sent. 

International (anywhere other than NZ or Aussie)
$50 NZD, standard track and trace shipping.

Please note: You are liable for any international import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to. These taxes and duties may need to be paid in order to release your order from customs on arrival into your country.

Your order will be shipped only after full payment and once made by our friendly local sewers.
