How Sall + Co works

Here at Sall + Co, we believe in minimising fabric waste and designing a garment perfect for every individual. Therefore, every fortnight, our pre-sale opens at 4 pm Sunday and stays open until that fortnightly allocation is sold out. Once you purchase your Sall + Co item online, our local sewers get busy making your garment. We then courier your garment about 2-3 weeks later. At Sall + Co, we understand the excitement of getting a parcel and apologise in advance for any delays. Sall + Co is a small, new fashion label that will face ongoing challenges throughout the process. As we grow and gain support we will ensure to improve and minimise any reoccurring issues -please bear with us!

If you do miss out on our first pre-sale don’t stress! Next Sunday at 4 pm another one will open with the new allocations of garments. We will advertise the opening and closing of pre-sales on our social media including Instagram and Facebook.

Due to everything being made to order there’s minimal waste and no blockage of stock, therefore, we would prefer not to exchange items. If you are unsure about colours, fabrics, sizing feel free to contact our friendly team and we will help you out! However, we understand the garment may not always be correct! Check out our returns page for more info.

We also understand sometimes online shopping isn’t your thing, and trying the garment on is really important. Shopology an NZ homegrown collective will have a selected small range of Sall + Co clothes in store. Shopology is located in Christchurch Central New Zealand in the Riverside laneways.

Once your order has been placed we will send you a confirmation email of your purchase, along with tracking and estimated delivery of your parcel.
