All of our Sall + Co garments are hand made to order locally in Christchurch New Zealand. To keep prices somewhat affordable we only make what is ordered through the pre-sales. With this in mind, please check out our sizing guide before making a purchase.
The sizing guide can be found on the website and if you have any questions surrounding the fit or size please feel free to contact us. We would prefer an abundance of questions rather than an order in the wrong size. We are always happy to help and want your garments to fit perfectly just as we envisaged them.
In the unlikely event that the garment is to be returned email us on firstname.lastname@example.org within 48 hours of receiving your order and ensure to include the order number and reason for return.
You will be provided with a return address, and you must return the item using a tracked courier service and the tracking number must be provided via email (we would hate for the garment to go missing!) Please include a wee note including your full name, the reason for returning and your order number (steps are shown below). Once the returned order has been received it will be inspected by our team and if it is in perfect condition a credit will be issued.
The value of the credit will before the price of the item only (not the additional delivery fee charged at checkout). This credit can be used via the website during any of our presale times for up to six months after the date of issue.
As per obligations, no refunds will be issued unless the garment is deemed faulty when it arrives at your doorstep. Please be wary that some fabrics such as linen have flaws in them and it is the nature of the fabric. If the garment is deemed faulty we will issue a refund within 3 days of the faulty garment being returned.

The credit given has to be spent within 6 months otherwise it will expire
We post things all the time so here’s some good advice that we always follow –
- Clearly write on the outside of your package the invoice number
- Always include your name and address and a copy of your email to us
- We suggest you use a traceable courier bag
- Note the tracking number so nothing goes astray.
- We can’t be held liable for returns being lost.
- Returns are at your own cost.
